Private preview terms

Use Genesis to create, review, and ship work you are authorized to use.

These operating terms apply to authorized private-preview accounts unless a separate written agreement governs your use. Last updated August 31, 2026.

Preview access

Genesis is currently a private preview. Keep account credentials and API keys confidential, use only the access granted to you, and tell Genesis support promptly if a credential or account may be compromised. Access may be limited or disabled to protect the service, a project, or other users.

Your work and permissions

You retain the rights you hold in the references, prompts, scripts, assets, games, and other material you submit. You give Genesis the limited permission needed to store, process, render, generate, test, export, and publish that material at your direction.

Only upload or generate material you are permitted to use. Do not use Genesis to violate intellectual-property, privacy, security, export-control, or other applicable rights and rules. Project owners control collaborator roles and public playable links.

AI and generated output

AI suggestions and generated media can be incomplete, inconsistent, or subject to provider terms. Review output before applying, exporting, publishing, or relying on it. Genesis records estimates and requires explicit approval before supported paid-generation actions; a configured project or deployment budget may refuse work.

Acceptable use

  • Do not probe, bypass, or interfere with authorization, moderation, budget, rate-limit, or release controls.
  • Do not upload malware, secrets you do not intend to share with configured processors, or unlawful or abusive content.
  • Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent ownership, or expose another user's private project data.
  • Do not use preview capacity to provide an unauthorized competing hosted service or automated bulk-generation service.

Preview reliability

Private-preview features may change, pause, or fail, and compatibility can differ by browser, device, provider, and deployment. Readiness, export, and publication checks report the evidence available to the current deployment; they are not a substitute for your own playtest, rights review, backups, or release approval.

Data and ending access

The privacy and data notice explains account export, retention, and deletion. Before ending access, download any portable account data and use each Project or Editor export for complete binaries and game packages.

Support and separate agreements

Use Genesis support for recovery and product issues. A signed pilot, enterprise, licensing, or services agreement takes precedence where it conflicts with these preview terms.
